You can order online. He upgrade his encryption software. Unless you really wanted to talk to him. Just put in the comments section on the order page where you heard about it and you will get the discount.

Also are you having BobL build your motors?
If he is are they done yet? He's building mine sometime.
If not when is he going to be done with yours?
