Yea, that looks like one of the commercial Snake River rides.

They have a bunch of boats with specially trained drivers that do that and more up in Grants Pass Oregon. The also fly down the rapids narrowly missing rocks on either side.
If ya want a thrill sit in the first row and bring a box of Depends...

makes me want to buy another jet boat... that was alot of fun on the smooth water..
