mrs open72 gets her day in court
today we go to trial. she worked at a public owned hospital for 14 yrs and was fired for reporting time theft. that was may 4 of 99. she gets her day in court today. this is going to be real interesting . the reason they said she is fired was that a hand written time sheet was confidential and that by her coping it and turning it into
her supervisor to show the theft was reason for the firing. funny thing is after this happened weeks later they installed time clocks
and did not repremand the ones who were stealing! if she prevails she will donate to my cigarette fund
she woulda been going on 20 yrs if this had not happened
i wish her the best of luck

well , it's almost 8 and we just got home. i think it went well , the court reporter said she was the best witness on the stand in all the years of being a reporter. it was just a trial by judge and we will know the out come in a few weeks. man , what a day. thanks to all

Did the judge take it "under advisement" hopefully it will not take to long to get a decision. I was involved in a non compete case and had to wait from 9/25 until the day before Thanksgiving before an opinion was rendered. Thankfully it was in my favor, but those were the two longest months of my life. Good Luck, hope you win
