Go4 nice looking property do you own the land to the left of the cottage as well. It will be worth the wait, we lived in a the ugliest POS house for 3 yrs until we had our plans together and tore the the old one down.

Hey all, we're in Southold, LI on the North Fork...aka Wine Counrty.
A navy bulkead is a full height bulkead which does not allow water over it at high tide. A low sill bulkead is shorter and allows water over it at high tide. The bulkead you see across the creek from me is considered a navy bulkead...lesson over
