This months Hot Boat Mag. Page 21? I don't get it?

Can anyone explain the Ad on page 21 of this months HB Mag.? The one about "No Jacket Qualifies as a Life Jacket at 100MPH" Laughlin River Days, What am i missing? Are they saying no life jacket will save your life in the event of a 100MPH crash?

I don't know. I don't read Powerboat anymore. I find reading Too Old's posts on here much more entertaining... Now, if only he'd write about actually using a boat in the WATER!

I would still take my chances with wearing one no matter what they say....
At least if I didn't survive, they will be able to find me the same day of the crash.....

Meaning that having a life jacket on at those speeds is useless...
