Mr Velocity,
Where in NJ. My grandma had a house on Shark River since 1941. We built a new one a decade ago. A teardown sold for 495k a coupld years ago for 40' on the river.

D. Ocean,
That place sounds really nice, i usually dont make it north of Shooters when im inside. Next time i'm down, ill travel further north.
I'm in Monmouth Beach, but most anywhere on the water is going crazy. Right now the cheapest single family home that is on the market in our town is priced at $469,000
Glad I bought when I did

"Went by your boat today and noticed you had the engines removed. Are you going big blocks?"

Don't forget about the pan-handle... Destin, Ft. Walton Beach, Panama, Santa Rosa Beach all very nice places and property is still reasonable... also like Ben@SRP said there still is seasonal change.. Beaches are white and the water is clear beautiful area!

I lived in the Panhandle when I was young. It gets cold there.

Yeah, but I was just messing with you!
I drive by it several times a day on my way to and from my office on SE 17th St, just east of Cordova.
I saw it today and it is just fine, (and a fine looking Pantera it is).
When are you coming down and getting it wet again?

WHEW,
you had me scared there. I've been stuck in Boston for a while. After finals im goin to vegas for a week. My dad was down a couple weeks ago usin it. Hopefully ill get down sometime in may. Thanks, its nice to have someone down there checkin it out.

My favorite cruisin spot is right off south beach and biscayne bay. Lots of places to go by boat, places to go at night, 2 huge boat shows. What deals did you find?
