That is to bad.. my other 1/2 has always supported my racing. I was running TAD dragsters when we met.. then when I got into boating she was not thrilled but said she never wants to stand in the way of what makes me happy.that and she knows that that kind of threat does no good, it causes resentment nomatter what.. she really is scared of my cat and HATES to ride on it, but she does cause she know it means alot to me, does not like boating much at all, BUT she will ride in the bat boats, and even likes to drive them.. these are very safe boats, easy to drive and very forgiving.. I think she should really rethink this.. she is not comparing apples to apples here between a super cat and a batboat.. we ran a 130 mile poker run in 5-8' waves and it was almost scary how well and stable these boats are..you are missing out on what will be a highlight of your life

Nothing is safe anymore, driving, getting out of bed, working, but in this case, I think you definately made the right decision. Hate to have them on your bad side.

thanks all, her and i have alot on our plate, chris , thanks for the great offer and i will see you on sunday. i feel like i'm crawfishing on my word. and my word means alot to me. she is just scared that i will get hurt. she has endured a journey with me for almost 5 yrs and it will end next wednesday in federal court . seeing as i made it through all of that and i am still alive, she has a gut feeling this is not good for me to do. she has always been right. i will not ever hold it against her. sean , i know this morning i was aggresive for you to commit on racing with me. maybe it's just not ment to be. right now i have a really deep knot in my stomach because our brotherhood lost another great racer and a father today, and she doesn't want that to be me. lost forever.

Do you Know you can get killed driving your car ????

Does she let you do that ???

You can get killed doing Poker runs too.

When your time is up your time is up.

Go live life to it fullest and get the most out of it Because you never know when your time is up.

A new wife is like a new motor.

How you break them in,

Makes a big difference, in the long run.

GOOD LUCK.!!!!!!!!!
