Well... to my understanding... it started earlier today with LPA's posts about how unsafe stepped hulls are... someone insulted him.... he got pissed off.. someone started a thread to "bash him" and they guy didn't see the humor in it... did I get it right?... anyone else?

I believe you are refering to the game of "smear the queer"

Basically it was pretty funny. Heshe claimed to be a stud lawyer then started laying out and whacking every person that piled on. To the point that he was going to OWN OSO. It was a OSO version of tackle the man with the ball. Do you remember what that game was really called?
Foul beat me to it.

Guess I need to learn to read faster. I could have gotten all the gossip I needed for the week off that one thread alone.

Reed....I think two words would apply here.

Nail and Head. That about sums it up from what I read.

LOL, to my knowledge, no one knows who LPA is right? He/she/it refused to provide a name. So how can we all be sued for slander/libel/whatever, when all we were doing was talking to an anonomous screen name?

Judgement in favor of.... John Doe.

My point... how can you slander someone that uses a screen name... I didn't know people here used screen names... so I posted my real name... silly me...
