the judge is going to prison!!!!

well , after almost 5 years of working with the FBI as c/w it came to a head yesterday. this pos got 46 months 4 more than the deal he cut with the feds. the federal judge who sentenced him tacked on the extra 4 because i felt that the deal was to lean. now he's got a extra120 days to think about it. time to move on with my life and get back to restoring the cig. been a long time coming  :D :D

Congratulations. I am sure this is a great feeling to have this behind you now. I followed the story and think I remember him trying to set you up or something. I don't know if I would have been able to keep my cool like you did if I knew that. Good Luck with the Cig.

open87 04-29-2004 06:36 AM

HE had drugs planted in my truck to have me falsely arrested. didn't know i was working with the FBI:eek: :D :D

gmhdfan 04-29-2004 06:42 AM

What was going on at the marina in the first place to open an investigation?

Playn 04-29-2004 07:02 AM

Congratulations to you for helping to get this worthless piece of human garbage off the street!

46 months at club med  I suppose I shouldn't expect more though..:(

JROMY 04-29-2004 07:05 AM

WOW! From reading this quickly, I think the F*&cker deserved a lot more time. If he had succeded in planting that evidence, you sure would have been looking at a lot more than 46 months. For someone of that power to be trying to frame someone is inexcusable in my opinion. The shady dealings, fine - give him 46 months, but to try to send an innocent person to jail!!! That should be a LONG time in maximum security.

X-Rated30 04-29-2004 08:58 AM

Did you do what I suggested? Glad to see it's over.

BTW -- Your math is wrong: 102 days, not 120. (85%)

HyperBaja 04-29-2004 09:21 AM

Good to see a judge going to jail for once. A local judge has had 5 DUI in Ohio, just got one in FL, I think he had like 6mos of probation for his 6 DUI. That is fd up.

I'm with the J man on this one. Because he's a judge it should be one stiff azz penalty. The fu@ker should be making plates for at least 25 years.

Glad to see it's over though. ;)

klmken 04-29-2004 09:45 AM

Make sure one of those piecesis a .45. Nothing says hello like a slug nearing 1.2" in diameter....

open87 04-29-2004 09:56 AM

.40 and 3 clips, always.just like visa , never leave home without it. thanks for the support guys. board god steve thanks....

thedonz 04-29-2004 10:15 AM

congrats and good luck....now get that '72 back in the water

RollWithIt 04-29-2004 10:42 AM

Glad to hear its over and a success for you. Be careful down there cause those "A"holes are like cocroaches, if you see one, there are more around.

Mr. Demeanor 04-29-2004 11:29 AM

Not 1.2" but almost 1/2" . Guns dont kill, people do. Make sure you know how to handle yourself and the weapon if your going to carry.

Chris288 04-29-2004 12:10 PM

Yup,,, .40 is 400 thousands and a .45 is almost a half inch... wouldn't want to be nailed by either,,,, although my wife ( a paramedic ) went to a police shooting call,, cops unloaded a few 9MM's into this guy and he sat there saying he couldn't believe they shot him.. They didn't do much at all..

If your gonna carry ,, I would carry a quality Self defense ammo. such as Speer lawman, bonded hollow points,,,, when fully mushroomed they are almost 1" in diameter....

Caincando1 04-29-2004 12:42 PM

Put him in the shower room and let the sodomites take care of him. What a POS!

Von Bongo 04-29-2004 01:04 PM

Doing wrong is your choice, framing innocent people is quite another. Anything but minimum security and there would be a good chance that he would never come out being a former prosecutor and criminal judge.

46 months isn't long enough, he should have also gotten the maximum sentence for what ever you could have been convited of and 0 time out for good behavior. Yea he is cooperating because he didn't want to serve time at a hard case place.

He got off easy.

SS930 04-29-2004 01:08 PM

Way easy in my book!:hothead:

open87 04-29-2004 05:18 PM

had to laugh today , the crew at work took the front page and colored his suit orange:D :D

BonnieOutlaw 04-29-2004 07:30 PM

Open, I can't even begin to comprehend what you must have been going through. I've been through something similar, but yours was much worse. I don't know how you kept your sanity. My hat is off to you and I mean that sincerely.

I'm quite opinionated about these things...and he got off way too easy.

And....I wouldn't be so sure it's over just yet. I'd definately watch my back for a while. It's during times like these when you find out who your real friends are.

klmken 04-29-2004 10:53 PM

Hey open,
Did you attend Holy Cross?

klmken 04-29-2004 10:54 PM

Fat fingered the 1.2 1/2 thing...I ought to know I put 40,000 .45 rounds downrange at the FBI Academy in Quantico one fall....

Strip Poker 388 04-30-2004 12:06 AM

Open72 it looks like we are going just watch it rain this week end:eek:

*** Bodenheimer left office Dec. 31, 2002, and pleaded guilty last year to conspiring to plant drugs on a critic of activities at his Venetian Isles Marina. He also admitted plotting to fix Al Copeland's child custody case in his court, with the aim of gaining a seafood contract at the multimillionaire businessman's restaurants. And he confessed to manipulating bonds in favor of bail bonds mogul Louis Marcotte III in exchange for dinners, trips and other things of value.

"Ninety-nine percent of what I did as a judge was the right thing. One percent was wrong, and for that I pleaded guilty and I have been punished," he said. ***

What a holy selfish insane crock of crap !!
The bastage goes 100% gonzo into a corrupt world of self-serving manipulation and deceit and then tries to bury somebody who doesn't approve of his illicit activites and then only gets 46 months !!!???

I read a piece where a man got that much time for poisoning his neighbor's unchained ferocious dog that had come into his yard and killed three of his family pets over a two year period and nobody'd do anything about it. Frustrated and worried about the safety of his newborn child in his own yard, he poisoned the rogue dog and then got 3 or 4 years for it.

Course who ever said that life was fair, eh?
At least judgy poo will do some time. I hope desperately that he does time in a "normal" prison full of guys he put there rather than a "country club" prison.

can you say "raw rectum" ??
