Polished Aluminum
I let my polished aluminum valve cover get pretty bad.
Any good products you guys have used to get them to shine again? |
You're not the only one:D :D When the rope seals on my CMIs leaked it really made a mess of them. I have a funny feeling there is no easy way to clean these things up.

I'm thinking Imron will clean them up like new:D

Just break out the buffing wheel and some polishing compound...it's a dirty job though.

I agree with Sydwayz. I've got Alcoa polished wheels on my pickup, you should have seen them after this winter of mud and salt..Flitzed 'em and they cleaned right up, and it adds a protective coating too....gotta' love the Germans.

Mothers....after it turns black put a little flour on your rag and it wipes right off!
