Where were you, I didn't even see ya out there! You need to stand up and wave like it's an SOS for me to notice a whaler, Sorry.

I was out testing the boat and everything ran great! I got all the bugs worked out. Ran down the Shrewsbury, then up to the Navesink. It was nice inland, but it sure was chilly down by the Marina.

So how did the boat sound? Everyone I run into tells me it's really loud, but I don't give a crap!!

Plenty of cool bars / restaraunts to boat to.
You already metioned the Wharfside, and the Waters Edge was mentioned above.
Other places that come to mind are the Southwinds and the Captain's Inn, both on Forked River, and the Dutchman, on Cedar Bonnet Island. I'm sure I'm missing places, but these are the ones I frequent.
I like all of them, all for different reasons.

Saw you just as you came from the marina and turned up the Shrewsbury. I was right by the police boats, closer to the island though, heading to the marina to measure the lift for the skater.

Boat sounded like an old scow running on 3 cylinders, my son said we should race you but I didn't want to embarrass you

Actually sounded pretty good, think you can make it louder so the cops follow you and leave me alone.
