Heeee heeeee..... makes me so f---ing happy I didn't have any children with my wife... she turned out to be a nut-case... I'd be going through the same thing you are Ange.... uhhh.... uhhh... except the unborn children would be in their twenties by now...

I'm sorry you ladies didn't have the best Mother's Day. Ange, keep going with the Daddy Day presents (just don't spend $70 on it) and here's why. The kids love their parents and want to make them happy. They show up to your house on Mother's Day (or don't which is another whole issue altogether) and want to give you something and are disappointed to some degree if they can't. So.....what I always do is take the kids out shopping and let them pick some stuff out for their Dad for Christmas, Father's Day and his birthday. And actually, he does the same for me.
Believe me, they'll look back on that when they're older and realize you took the higher ground and appreciate you for that.
After all, who is it really hurting???? The kids.
