Sounds like a lot of problems for a boat with 25 hours.

Be afraid...be VERY afraid...

I can appreciate his honesty, but...

Wasn't the 'last nail put in the coffin' with his 'lawsuit may complicate purchase' remark? Sheesh, as if boating wasn't complicated enough at times

Happy bidding everyone...

Brian

Sad...Someone spent some serious coin to have a fast 38' Offshore boat but got misdirected.
Most likely by the dealer.

With that price, it doesn't sound like he really wants to sell it. Maybe the lawsuit is actually a divorce??

Bet the lawsuit is warranty/dealer related.

Hey lawyers: Can you even SELL a boat that is wrapped up in a lawsuit?

Maybe it's the boat suing the former owner for abuse/neglect.

Call me crazy, but wouldn't ya wanna put the "go" parts back in? Then sell it.

WOW! I thought I was having a hard time selling my boat...Mine has an engine, a drive, all pieces, no stains, and no lawsuits involved - Even a better deal for anyone who's looking!
