If you hover over it, it says he has a "disabled reputation." Thats pretty funny! :D :D :drink:

Also noticed that when you click on the scales, you can read peoples thoughts on that particular post, the one where you clicked the scales. That is if there are any thoughts listed for that post.

Basically, a member rating system by their peers. And you can rate, comment on individual posts without everybody seeing your thoughts. Anonymous.
