As far as cabin space, I don't think anything comes close to the HTM and as previously stated the price should be alot more reasonable. The main concern would be service after the sale.

We usually drop at Hub's Marine in Hastings, from there we will either head up river (St. Croix) or Down river (mississppi). we usually make four or five trips down to Alma each year. We usually spend the night parting in the last bowl before the lock in Alma.
What type of boat do you have? I will let you know when we are heading that way. Or look for me, I am the only 311SR1 with a fairing and custom paint. I don't think you can miss it.

Blackadar is still writing policies. Bill Butler just renewed mine and the price jumped 150.00 I was thrilled! I think if your trying to insure HP with the fouth digit (1000) your in trouble, but when you start talkin thousand HP they cringe. Also, The length and HP are in there calculations. 30 ft and 600hp they can live with, but 30 ft 1100hp bend over.

In your price range,theres only a few choices .
With twin Outboards I would limit size to under 32 if
triple digits is your gold.

Eliminator -Best cabin,not a true tunnel
Spectre -storage cabin,eats big water
Motion -storage cabin,true tunnel,lower profile

HTM would not be my personal choice because of looks
and stability.
