LOST MY TIME & MONEY IN FLA.

went to Fla to buy a $200,000 boat & can you believe it that the dealer didn't even have the boat checked out before i got there.200 is chump change to some people but you would think that the boat would be at least cleaned, batteries charged up & boat tested on a water hose.I'm a boat dealer myself & i always make sure a boat is at least clean & running before a customer spends $2,000 on airfare, hotel & eats before they arrive.I only sell boats under $50,000.I guess my customers get the red carpet compared too what i got.The thing that gets me the most is that all i was told that "YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED".So if anyone is selling a 37'avh shoot me a email.

WOW Rich. I am very sorry to hear this. That is an amazing boat (when prepped) and I hope that something else may come up that you find attractive. There are a few 388 Hustlers for sale that look REALLY nice.

I guess Thunderstorm is not coming to VA.

It never hit the water. But i Won't Be Disappointed The Next Time.Just to set the record straight Active Thunder Company had nothing to do with the sell of this boat or any connection with it.I think i'll call Pat myself.

That sucks. I drove about 7 hours each way to look at a boat that was a total POS when the owner PROMISED me I would also not be disapointed. He even went so far as to say I would never have you drive all that way if it was not nice. When I got there it had cracks in the bottom of the hull and there was not a piece of the boat that was not in need of TOTAL resoration. I am one for a project and all but this was rediculous. However all things happen for a reason as on the way there Biggus from the board found me a REAL clean and very rare boat.

You've got more patience than I, Doc. I've heard you say a couple times "you don't deserve the red carpet treatment"??!?!! BS!

A quality, dealer, business, or person, would treat you like you're their #1 customer no matter what the price of the boat is. I'd be taking my business somewhere else before he could even utter the words "HOLD ON, we'll make it right"

There's too many good people and businesses on OSO, and people who know good people, to put it with that BS! IMHO  :(
