Cord as far as I know any accident that involves a rear ending is the person in back fault. I would call your insurance company and have them take care of it. If they find no fault you will likely not have an issue with your premiums going up. My truck got hit in a parking lot and it did 2,000 in damage and they said that since there is no fault that my rates would not raise.

Audio-it's a catamaran. I really don't want the insurance company inspecting the boat if you know what I mean.
Mike-The large shaft was 12k out. Remember them talking about a "fudge factor"? I asked my dealer up here and he said that there is no fudge factor. It's either ok or it's not. He also said that he's never seen the large shaft that was out of tollerance. Basically we need to remeasure the runout.
