Thanks for the info. Just to let everyone know that this boat is not a POS.
It has all the Formula bells and whistles and looks like it just came off the factory floor.

I tried to sell it last year but the market was too soft. I have tried this year also but it just hasn't happened yet. I am not looking forward to making another year boat payments along with insurance. I need to look at all of my options including donation. After I have all of the numbers I am going to sit down with my CPA and see if it makes sense or not.

Believe me I would not want to go through another audit, but I am sure tired of writing them a big a$$ check every year :mad:

hell your new yacht is big enough, just get some bigger davits and hang the formula on the back. nice tender.
