Sounds like a good deal, but are the 454's carb Mags or efi Mags? Since you said 365 I assume carb motors. Do you have pics? is it at a dealer or broker? or is it an individual? Please e-mail me whatever you have.

Sounds like the Baja up here that you were looking for didn't pan out.
