Well according to the link above, over 4,000 people die per year as pedestrians. They proably should ban pedestrians. That's way to dangerous. It's proably safer to drive. But don't speed. Almost 12,000 die per year from speeding. Intersections should be outlawed too. Over 9,000 people people die each year just from passing through intersections! This is a tragedy! You could save several hundred thousand people each year by just banning pedestrians, large trucks, intersections and by reducing the speed limits to 0!

Cruise ships. If boaters are targeted now, how much longer for cruise ships? Hope they attend the meeting with all their muscle. I don't see the boat mfg'ers actively working against this, for the bad public image they may receive. But, their buying public will appreciate not having this law passed.
