Well, the manatees do effect my boating, and I still bear no animosity towards the animal, like FF said, it's the damn people who don't want their waterfront homes disturbed by boats running by. Very few of these people who are lobbying for new laws give a rats azz about the animal. They'd sit right down and dine on Florida Panther and Bald Eagle as long as it doesn't effect their houses.

No panties here, just boxers! Did you go to the website and check it out? How much slower do you want us to go, we are already idling for hours! No boaters have any ill feelings toward the manatee, it's the $MC that we have in our gun sights. We have manatees around our docks all the time, my kids love to see them.
Once again, the approach that the $MC and the gov't is taking is doing more harm than good to the manatee. Don't believe me, check out for yourself
