It's truly amazing to see so many people gathered in one place, here to enjoy a common interest.

I can't recall another race in recent times(except maybe Key West 2001/2, St. Pete 2000), where there were more people present.

There were more people who showed up for the boat parade last night, racers and fans, than have been in attendance for race day during recent races.

This is going to be one hell of a weekend for racing.

I sincerely hope for the better good of all, that this is a big success and perhaps in the near future we shall see more events like this. It's nice to see two groups come together for a big, unified event.

I agree..........I was down there also, and it was like a big party....Sarasota knows how to do it right......St. Pete was like a ghost town compared to Sarasota......It was like the racing weekend I remembered years ago down there (Sarasota)....Not taking anything from OSS, but I think St.Pete has worn its welcome out thanks to Mr. Alweiss and the SMC.......

It doesn't get any better than this!

wellllllllll........actually it did get a little better after you guys left. Some hot gymnasts decided to work out on the beach.

It was AWESOME, The spectator boats had a awesome view real up close. Organdonor took over 100 pics and will download shortly. The view was spectatcular and now I wish I had brought some newcomers to it. After St. Pete I didn't dare bring someone to Sarasota thinking the view will be lame, but after that Sunday I'm making reservations for next year now. I could have thrown a football and hit the canopy of the boats going buy. SARASOTA DOES IT RIGHT IN MY BOOK..SPECIAL THANKS TO APBA/SBI............ITS AWESOME BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
