that is a boat built by U S MARINE here in new orleans, they are called socs. special operation craft. they were building them with innovation power and #3 drives, hull/deck/bulkheads laminated together like you wouldn't belive. they would drop them out of airplanes they had a contract to build 75 if my memory serves correctly. the first few have been retired and sold at auctions. they had also developed a exhaust system to exit below the water line between the transom and the bottom pad so they could be quiet, the first few had pipes out the back. best of everything in them, cost to the goverment was 750g's a piece. there's your fica $$$ out of our paychecks
