Have been able to order 3" straps from Eagle Trailer in the past, but I know they have had some difficulties recently. I'm not sure if they are still filling orders right now.

Home Depot has two versions. I think the 200lb straps are red. I just bought the 300lb straps which are black. I only use them to tie down the back of a 27ft boat to the trailer, and after my first 60 mile ride, the ratchets were all bent up. I need heavier ones too.

I have HD ratchet straps in stock. They will not break. I can make them any length, and with any hooks that you see on the board above.

I shipped a 3" x 15' strap with hook & bolt loop to a fellow OSO member today, and he should have it tommorrow. OSO price is $25.00(plus freight) which is about cost with the industrial materials. If you need a 20' it will be $30.00. We can also do a 2" or 4" if anyone needs them. I am looking at stainless hardware for ratchet straps, is this a dumb idea? It will look cool, but be more expensive and unnecessary. The breaking strength on the webbing is 9800# per inch(1" 9800#, 2" 19600#, 3" 29400#), but the hooks to fit the rings on the boats are not as strong.

Yes Rich just sent me one. I gave your name and number to West Marine and Wolfs Dive Shop, one of the biggest boat warehouses in MI, they don't have them and can't find them. I bet this will make the phone ring. I have looked for months for one of these, I have asked every person I know or see who boats and no one knows. I had a Manning trailer that had one and it was great. I have a 2" now that replaced a cable, it is too weak and the stitching on the hook scares me to death. I can't wait to get it and install it. Got it today, holy crap, I could pick up a house with this hook Real nice blue color and a bow hook that could be used to pull a jumbo jet. It is raining now but as soon as it stops I am putting it on and then I'll take some pictures. This is exactly like I wanted and for $25 is a great deal. You should sell thousands of these here, everyone with a 2" or a cable needs to replace it with one of these. Thanks a ton, I'll keep sending people your way, I bet at the launch people will be asking also.
