At $395.00 per boat, why in the world would you need to ask for another $95.00 for each extra person? I know some cruisers will probably have 20 to 30 people on board so I could understand maybe $20 per person but that's just crazy.

There should not be many cruisers entered as this event was designed as a high performance poker run.
The reason for extra money per person is the food costs, shirts, etc...
When I originally posted that this would be a FIRST CLASS POKER RUN I meant just that the meals are not going to be fried snacks or bar-b-que but full service steaks seafood etc... and the shirts are not t-shirts but custom made Dragonfly type button front shirts.
Our goal from day 1 was to put on a poker run like no other and at $395 we are losing money this year, but hope to make this an annual poker run that is 100% FIRST CLASS.
Not trying to offend just ask the participants when its over how the host facility, food, dockage, total package was!!!

Let me know when and where you want those props.
P Offshore,

I'm taking the boat over to Danny's on Monday so he can re-seal my drive. If your out and about, can you drop the props off at his place? If that's a probem, PM me and I will drive over to you after I drop off the boat.

Thanks, Chad

There is in water dockage available at CYC and for those trailering in and out we will have secured parking for boats and trailers available as well at the entry to CYC on the tennis courts.
Jerrod, I arranged this after you and I spoke so we will have room for the rig.

For those rafting up to watch the DAM RADAR RUNS, we will be marking off a lane in front of the dam and along the full 2 miles of bluff on the soutwest side of the channel. That is the deepest part so maybe it won't be so hard to get hooked. We are trying to get a radio station to broadcast the event if that does not workout we will broadcast on a vhf channel. There will also be a large radar readout sign on the barge about a mile and a half down the bluff.
