Hey Guys. My boat has Bravo 1's equipped with WPM nose cones and low water pick ups. I keep having seaweed plug the holes and this past weekend it burned up the impeller at the start of a Poker Run!!! Has anyone else had this problem and know a fix besides plugging the low water pick up holes and drilling the std. holes back in? I know some will say put a sea strainer on but this would not of helped since the sea weed plugged the hole where the outdrive and Gimbel housing meet. Thanks for any help someone may have.

If you don't want to change/modify/improve the drive situation, then install a transom mounted water pickup(s) that feed into a sea-strainer(s)...You won't have any water supply problems after that. Ed
