That stand on the Podium in Point Pleasant?
They'll be a great race between B & C. Goumada will have the excuses, "the ramp is too far from the pits, the wet pits are too far from the course, the water is too big, the wheels came of the trailer, couldn't get a rig to tow the boat, don't want to get spanked by Scott in front of our entire family and have to hang my head in shame." Naturally Goumada's problem is only with the driving not the throttles.

And of course, the all time favorite. The Goumada is so pretty, we wouldn't want to get her wet.

You go Tom. I guess you've been discounted due to persistant Gremlins.

Wow, you put it like that...it is a pain in the as* to race.
Maybe we won't go after all...
I'll tell ya what I'm gonna due...we'll go to Point, and if we win, then you have to take the cover off of that Teague powered ocean liner and race P4.
Wait..wait...wait.. don't start flapin your wings and clucking just yet. It doesn't even have to be an ocean race, we'll make it in the Hudson river for SBI. You can just leave from your back yard and it would take 15 min. to get there. I'm sure your Super Cat Light World Champion title will come in handy for this. Just remember...when you flip now...you get wet.

Let me preempt the excuses if I may:

Don't want to bust up my boat--- a 40' Velocity can certainly withstand the Hudson river, can't it?
Don't want to beat on my trick Teague motors---Thats what they are for, going fast, right?
I'm not used to racing in an open boat---get some nads
My wife won't let me---get some nads

So the gauntlet is thrown..whadda ya say? ...or are ...you....chicken???
