I've got one that came off my Formula. It was in storage for the first 15 years, and the owner before me took it off. It looks like brand new, but it is heavy and would be a b!tch to ship. You can have it for free if you can get someone to pick it up and bring it to you. I have the measurements somewhere. I do know the Formula has an 8'3" beam.

Re: Radar arches

Thanks Cuda, Ive got a 9' beam. What year Formula did it come off of, The arches on the Formula 40ss is what I really like, did I say I really like the Formula 40ss :D Thanks Jeff

We have one to sell also it came off our 43 Black Thunder, looks like new, plus I think we have a 9 ft beam and it is in good shape. I will have Mr. P measure it up for you, I would think it would be a pain to ship. Donna

No not ours & I could not find the boat, this is the first time I tried to look in the classified boy the need to much info to do a simple search.

Here is a picture of it when it was on the boat, now it is in the basement. It is in very good condition no scratches and it is very lightweight, but not painted, are you looking for a painted one. I don't think we want much money for it. Donna

Oh well the picture is to big to send, Ian will resize later or send me your email and I will forward it.

The bolts on my arch are 86.5" center to center, and there are four bolts spanning 19" on each side.

What do you need the radar arch for?
You plan on installing a radar on the next one?

Would you think of having a mast fabricated at the forward end of the engine hatch?

Jeff get the one from Cuda and cut it and stretch it. Any good Welder could do it. I know the guy at Nor-Tech could do it.

The reason for the Arch is two reasons. The bimini I have now on the 4300 is a pain in the butt to carry down below and its a 2 person install. I also have the front, side and rear curtains that snap in, which come in handy for when its raining and overnighting, which we like to do, spend Sat. afternoon and all of Sunday at the islands, every now and then. Secondly, skin cancer runs high in our family, just a little preventive medicine.

The problem I am having is that the Nortech V's have such awesome lines, and curves, and I really love those integrated scoops, so finding or even building a fiberglass fairing has to be done right, as not to wreck the lines of the boat, if thats even possible. Most will say no, but I like to be creative and will try and figure a way to do it. The only one that I found so far is on the Technomar site, its the 3rd boat over (MADRA'S) http://www.tecnomar.com/inglese/index.htm check it out guys and let me know what you think, Honestly, Thanks Jeff :)

No that would suck.I want the arch from Cuda.:) Seriously, I agree totally with Lapse of Reason. Get a free arch and have a local shop fit it to your boat.

Terry said, he doesnt care for arches on the Nortechs, he did a 50 with one, I just can't place it. Jeff

I agree with Terry .I think they would take away from the lines from the boat too much.

Will it clear your newboat house?

Re: Radar arches

I got ahold of Terry, Cuda's arch won't work without major modification, to get it the way I want it. They would rather start from scratch, so whom ever wants it, its available, Thanks anyways Cuda. I will also send you a pm. Jeff
