to answer your questions, it is for sale because I bought a much bigger, more expensive place down the street. and the rents are 875 per side, probobly could be higher.

Hugetime: Where is this duplex locate at. I own a townhouse off of County Club Blvd. on 39 th Terrance. Might be interest in it if I can put a lift behind the house. How wide is the canal and how deep is the water. Also how far away are you from the river. All of these factors are the determining price. e-mail me at [email protected].
