to answer your questions, it is for sale because I bought a much bigger, more expensive place down the street. and the rents are 875 per side, probobly could be higher.

Hugetime: Where is this duplex locate at. I own a townhouse off of County Club Blvd. on 39 th Terrance. Might be interest in it if I can put a lift behind the house.
