Apparently, he had cleared it days before. It's just that nobody bothered to tell the race officals.

We will be back on August 20 - 22 race in Orange Beach dialed in and ready to race.

You all are the reason I'm involved in my small way with APBA Offshore. Sure, the boats are cool, but the people that make up our sport are the lasting memory. People helping one another, pitching in as patrol boats, parts runners, whatever is needed, you all get it done. Milwaukee was one more example of the Family that is APBA. Each of you are part of us and we'll always have a VIP seat for you.

Have fun this weekend in Reggieville or wherever you're boating. I'm heading to Seattle to try and keep the Bud a few points behind the O'berto.....
