When you are there ask why when you get 4 replacement 4"?? round gaskets between the header & tail pipes it costs $32.31. I just got my credit card bill, I had shipped regular ground freight so freight could not have been that much.
I know, when you pay $2000+ for set of headers what is $32.31. Just had to rant for little bit.

These guys really love making Marine exhausts
Saw some pipes that were real works of art for every motor you can imagine and all of the standard merc stuff
I am glad I made the trip
The shop is in an older building but they are really high tech inside and man do they have good welders. They have fixtures to mock up any engine layout combination. They took the time and showed me the whole operation great hospitality especially considering I was just getting some pads welded to my existing pipes. CMI is a credit to the Marine Industry my next boat definitely will have CMI exhaust on it
Joe and Larry thanks for the time and hospitality it was s fun blow off day from work.
