how many miles to they run in a "true kilo" before the measured kilo to get up to speed. I always hear that the LOTO shootout doesnt have enough acceleration lane (I think a mile) for the big guns. Big Thunder was always accused of taking a running start of about 20-30 mph at the starting line. I dont think that really amounted to much more top speed at the speed trap though.

I don't remember many Fountains running the Shootout last year. Would be nice to see a couple of them this year, even if its not Reggie himself. Hell after watching the promo video, they hold the v-bottom world record in 5 categories, now bring just one to Lake of the O...
