Been working on buying a new prop. Just got an email from Julie at Throttle-up that they are closing down until Monday. Best of luck to all in the path.

You guys might be in the middle of it tommorow, but we'll be boat racing. You can listen to the race from Point Pleasant on Talkoffshore.com. The race starts at 1pm. Martin is supposed to start the show at noon.

So where does everyone from Tampa/St Pete go? Inland? Traffic on a good day is bad in that area...esp. the road to Orlando.

If you are in the track and live near the water, leave. Take all important documents and heirloom photos etc with you. Tammy and I keep a 2 drawer file cabinet just for the real important stuff.Insurance will hopefully take care of the rest.Imagine a week without A/C and fresh water. We prefer a hotel to roughing it in a disaster zone.

And you Florida folks think living where it snows SUCKS. I hate to tell ya but we NEVER get storms that would have you fearing for life and property. Thats just plain scary. Good luck to all of you and please stay safe.
