Ready for the Key West worlds
 

I just booked my condo at 1800 Atlantic Resorts for the worlds and my god I am excited. Is there going to be another Scooter race? If so how do I enter? Will there be a OSO get together? I will be there the 14 through the 21.

We are staying at the Hyatt from the 17th throught the 22nd. Can't wait!!!

This will be our fourth time staying at 1800 atlantic. Nice place and same dates. Make sure you say hello at the pool.

Last year I camped at Boyds Campground, and rode in on the Pantera with TimG, not sure what we are doing this year.........

Boyds is a nice campground . my mom and our raceboat was there last year. i will be staying right at the Truman Annex for the week.

Jus Jokin' about sleeping on the sidewalk, I am probably gonna have to get a nice place, Made my girlfriend camp last year, which she wasnt too happy about, then I spent all day Saturday running around the Harbor with Tim(see pic#3), then when we went to take her out to watch the races on Sunday, she wasnt too happy with the big seas(she is not much of a boater.........YET)

Guess I should check what is still available, Bite the Bullet, and put her up in a NICE Place, then go drinkin' with you guys!!!

I bet the race will go all the way in the harbor this year as it has in the past.

We'll be there Wed's til the following Tues. First time in the Keys - I can't wait!! I feel like a 6 yr. old waiting for x-mas.
staying at duval house - fill me in on any parties, but then again, isn't this whole thing gonna be a party??

We arrive on Friday with the FPC poker run. We have some place booked at Truman and Duval, looks like a
1/4 mile crawl from Sloppy Joes :D Oh, and we are way in for the scooter race, might even be bringing down a couple of Vespa ringers on the boat trailer :drink:

So, who's the official Grand Marshall for the Scooter race?

To do this right, we need people to preregister, have a driver's meeting with physicals for the girls :p and some race officials around the course.

Someone (CAPO) (Georges) needs to step up and take charge if this is going to happen this year. I'll be more than happy to report on the action. Might even get Jamie in a chopper to cover the action. Who's in?

Yes, scooter race Grand Marshall sounds good to me, but if I am going to be driving the badass winning secret scooter machine, wouldn't it be a conflict of interest?
