We have been contacted from FEMA to move apprx 80 trailer loads of Long Island ice for disaster relief. The trucks are reporting to Lakeland airport for delivery instructions. I do not know the proceedures with FEMA for distribution for those in need only the locations the trucks are sent to. Our trailers are marked with fragrance advertisements for Perfumania and will sport Michael Jordan, Royal Copenhagen, and Bijon.
The 1st trailer is at Lowes Distribution Center off Hambrown Rd in Poiciana. The 2nd is at a some shopping mall in Kissimmee. If this is a help let me know and will update daily, Stan

I know where both of those trucks are, not near me but I have seen 4 other spots just like that one full of ice and free for anyone who needs it. It helps a lot beeing there are still many without power. Thanks for the help!

My pleasure to do whatever I can. If anyone needs a heads up on locations by all means let me know. I'm at work by 6am and can track the trucks via satallite.

Bring it on down!!!!
There are still many homes without power.
Sunday I spent 3 hours searching for ice. I drove 50 miles in my seach.
I did find it, only to return home and 15 min later the power came on.
Such is life.

Dont know why but FEMA put a hold on our ice shipments. Had 6 trucks to load in Souhampton, L.I. today and they were turned away. I guess the power company is making good progress restoring electricity.

Hm, at first I thought you said Long Island Iced Tea
I am glad you were helping out, and hopefully power is being restored, I just can't imagine what it would be like to have my house totally destroyed.

Ms P, Sure wish is was Long Island Ice Tea. I'd drive a truck there myself and make sure I did'nt have a backhaul for the weekend! At least it's the next best thing. Hope Mr P a speedy recovery, Stan.

Thanks Troutly. Heard it looks like a war zone there from my drivers. So sad to see people loose everything they worked hard for.
