I can respect an honest attempt at anything.
In that spirit.... I'm not cancelling my membership and signing back up as "Bonk Aeruoy."
But it doesn't take a change of name, it takes a change of heart.
Seriously. I wish you success in your attempt, and I won't push any hot buttons on the issue.
But I think that the best thing you can do is just to go forward with your fresh attitude as if nothing happened and just be judged by your fresh posts. I think that people will let it go over time.
I actually dug this thread up last night to mess with Hydro cause he was getting flaky over in OT. I didn't know that Klaatu had been born again as Emil. If I knew that last night, I might not have dug this out.
With all of this reincarnation going on, I'm sure that Shirley McClain is around here somewhere.
