I may have a 1977 wheel,black rubber,gold center with black horn button with the gold bird.Is that what you are looking for or you need a black one.

Ebay is all on trust and then you rate the transaction via feedback, which gives the seller a rating. If you pay by pay-pal there is an e-bay fraud protection warranty (I'm not sure of the exact details) It's free to join, all you need is a credit card #. Fee's are deducted only when selling.
