I'm happy to hear the "Lucky Family" faired well, I enjoy the roving reports, plus I was thinking about beggin a ride on the cig in November when I will be in your area . Kitten your boat is sitting pretty on that hoist, glad you also came out OK. It is funny before OSO, when the hurricanes hit FL I never thought much about it, but now I think about the Lucky's, Cuda, Kitten, DRGirl, BatGirl, Salesmanship, Fever Mike, Hugetime and so many others of you from FL. I watch the reports with so much more interest hoping everyone will be OK. See you guys in November.

That's good, I will be in Boca the weekend before the Key West races staying with friends who work for the Company that owns that huge boat the Gallant Lady. I think they keep that boat in Pompano, you guys probably pass that one on the Intercostal. Are schools closed today?

Ahhh....Jim Moran! He usually has two boats parked on the intracostal. You can see the little (haha, 50' foot) next to the big one.

Yes, school is closed!!!!

Yep that's the boat, somehow I knew you would have a picture What does he park it in front of, that's is a lot of footage to take up.

I had a tour of the boat once, but never road in it, my friend got to take clients on weekends to the Bahamas.

Enjoy your day off if you can, you might be pretty busy cleaning things up.

Get to take the boat out for a quick spin before we take it out to get it all spiffy, and then put it inside for the next hurricane.........

I just returned from Naples. The parking lot here is full of trees. The trailer I left outside is still there. I need to get on the roof and re position my tv dish. My boat is fine. The ice is still frozen so I guess I never lost any power. I was always one step ahead of the storm. Any word from spitfire1 yet ?

Gald everyone made it ok.

We did too. No real damage to speak of. Roof is still intact.
A few small things were broken or damaged. All easily fixed or replaced.

Saw on the news Saturday there was a 50'+ yacht that had broken loose and drifting in the Intercoastal. Anyone know it's fate?
