This was a story on Fox News. Very interesting. What do you make of it?

Yea, something like that really could weaken a storm........ or make it stronger. I don't think we will ever have that kind of power over nature.

I had similar idea before reading about this one. I would fly tankers into the early stages of the storm and dump quick set concrete mix into it. The churning action hardens the concrete and the whole thing drops into the ocean becomming an artificial reef. It was a little tongue in cheek but who knows?
