Does anyone use that side-walkway to get to the bow?
I wouldnt want to be hanging ten on any of these boats.

The sonic is nice, but I was never into that rail they put around the fairing.

If you could squeeze up to a 28 AT, that would be the smarter move, IMHO.

Nice Boat, but that IS a little much!!!!

You can get into a really nice 26 for 50-60K

I know where is a BEEEUTIFUL 42 for 85K, it has been VERY well maintained, and has had the top end of the HP500's redone, but the bottom has 700+ hours.

I always use the walkaround on my Sonic. I couldn't imagine going back to the old way of jumping off the bolster to get over the winshield/fairing up to the bow.

No Unfortunate thing about twin outboards on the 28 Skater. Sure they dont have the sound or the look of a BBC, but thats about the only down fall especially on the 28 Skater. However, no cabin and if thats an issue to you dont look at a cat or Skater at least. But twin 2.5's or 300 promax's will put you in the 105-110 range, 300x's 115-120.

How about a 98 25' Active Thunder. Blown HP500 and some killer graphics. $50,000 freshwater boat.
