i bought my cafe racer near colonial beach 3 years ago...the owner used to commute to his car dealerships in DC with it...

was the boat out of aquia or further south?

At least everyone was ok.. the rest really dont matter......unless your the insurance company.........

It must have been the guy that lives about 1/2 mile from me, the marker is all messed up and only about 6 feet out of the water, it was about 12 feet out. The light still works.

Or an insurance purchaser.

Just post a pic of the marker. From that I can tell you exactly what caused the accident
