Faster!,
You won't find a more honest sincere gentleman to do business with, PERIOD. I have a pair of 950's in my 41 and they run like the "EVERREADY BUNNY", they just keep on running, and running, and running.

I know of a gentleman that is running CHIEF's in his raceboat and after a whole season of racing, the leak-down was still only 2-5%. That's pretty damn good!

As for the question about re-builds, Tommy does it all, new power, re-builds, maintenance, etc.

It looks as if you got your answer and all of the above responses still dont do enough justice to the character and reputation of Tommy and the entire Chief Engines crew. Hands down one of, if not the finest in the business.

P.S. As Mr. Tanner would so eloquantly put it Chief Engines, Enough Said

Yeah, Mr. Stinson, but I don't have a picture of Tommy in my avatar like you do, just a couple of his BADA$$ engines in my boat

Thanks for all of the comments. I will be calling Tommy soon.

Tonto, my wife said she saw you idling up by our dock on Short Creek near Long Hollow park over the weekend. I think she wants a bigger boat now

290 hours this year between Ancestral Spirit and Primal Instinct on 950's. No problemo. No going slow either.

The best. NK

Faster,
Yes I was up there on Friday afternoon. I didn't get the 41 out anymore last weekend as we had a couple of parties to go to so we just took the SeaRay. Which dock was yours? I know of the gentleman with the Skater. Use to ski in that cove in the 80's.

Robert,

We are on the same side of the channel as Mike (Skater) just across the little cove from his dock. Unfortunately the Pantera is sitting in the driveway now because of my engine problems.
