Tubbs was actually impersonating his brother when he and Crockett got into a fight on the boat. That's when Tubbs told Crocket what he was doing and why.

Now, what actor played Crockett's first partner (only appeared in the first episode)?
Jimmy Smitts played Eddie, husband of Maria (who worked in a diner) in the pilot episode.

Die Hard bonus question:
Q. What color and kind of car did Phil Colins drive on the show?[/QUOTE]

I can't remember the name but I think it was the "other" Lambourghini model. Not a Countach, the smaller one.

Hi Greg,

It's the Lamborghini Jalpa.

Are we all going down to the convention in Miami

Hey Victor,

I'm so pizzed I'll still be in Ga. then. I was even telling a few patrons in my restaurant about the convention tonight. They all laughed at first, then next thing you know the entire table is involved in "remember when" mode. some even mentioned that they hoped the convention went on tour like the "Star Trek" phenomenon.

I will be in town Oct. 8-12 for the Nationals. I will then be returning home to Fla. perm. in Nov. around the Worlds dates.

We need to hang some more. Lake Boca here I come.

Greg

PS-Keep an eye(or two) out for some hotties for me to meet.

By the way, almost 50 posts in 15 months, YOU DA' MAN!

I didn't read the entire thread but saw a lot of references to 'Iggy'. Not correct. The second informer (played the hit man in the pilot) was Izzy Moreno.

The coolest bad guy (although Zappa and his 'weasel dust' comment was awesome) was 'Captain Real Estate' played by G. Gordon Liddy. Captain Real estate kept getting away. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Liddy in Federal Court here (some woman sued him and he beat the rap). He is an absolute gentleman.

Oops, I was calling Stan Larry (My bad, deduct 5 points)
And yes it is Izzy, not Iggy.
The other informant was Noogie (Black dude that married the stripper).
