Actually, due to some changes recently in the law regarding minimum mandatory sentencing Ben has a legitimate shot at getting released. The Supreme Court has made some radical departures from the guidelines.... Ben shall return!!!! (and he is pissed)

No he won't he is in there for life w/o possibility of parole.
