Firewalker, are you recommending not using VISA or MC at an ATM, and if so what would you recommend? I have used mine many times and have always been charged the proper currected amount U.S.. Also, for those of us not trained in currency trading, what is a basis point? And yes they will take anything, but they do it so nicely!

I was under the impression that American Express gives a good exchange rate? Be careful up there, I ended up getting married in Montreal. Brought her back to N.J. for some real culture. Doug
