not with 98. open pic in Paint. go to Image > Strech/Scew. reduce the size to 75% in horizontal and vertical. then save as, and add small to the end of the file name. If the first 75% reduction does't work on OSO, open the new "small" file and reduce that 75%.

NOT SURE WHAT PAINT. IS ? HOW DO YOU GET TO THAT?
