I am not sure when everyone is arriving. Mr P and I will arrive on Wed. There will be a BIG party on Friday so don't worry there will be a plan and badges also We will make it so everyone can meet. Hell if there is enough people down there on Thursday we will probably have a pre party so don't worry mon.......don't worry

we are staying at the pier house resort /spa... never been to the keys so no idea where that is in relation to everyone else.
we are there from 16th thru the 21st. we are spending the eve of the 15th in miami and driving down the morning of the 16th.
