i'm actually surpsised how few people use their cabins. i stay on my boat just about every weekend and its only a 26 footer but is very well layed out and roomy for a boat this size. have no problem doing 2 or even 3 days on it. i will say this though if you re-do it leave out the sink and fridge an stuff like that. i never used any of that stuff so out it went to free up some room. :cool:

Empty cabins don't break, don't need a lot of maintenance, and store the PFD,s and anchor just fine.

We are going to have a second home up on the lake so I do not/can not use the boat for that same write off...... Plus I own this turd cash so no loan on it...

Ya know I have been wracking my brain trying to figure out what to do with the anchor and stuff now that I am going to redesign things one way or the other I can address that problem :D:D

Hey Audio, Why not build a inner liner cabin and do limited upholstery. That's what we did with the 29 Extreme. You can always doll it up later but the inner linner is light, easy to clean, and waterproof. Heres a pic of the 29's cabin unfinished. Dave
