KAGEMAN has a new home !!!!!
KAGEMAN was delivered to its new home on Long Island Saturday afternoon !!
My 36 Warrior took the return trip to Waukegan, IL. where it is now for sale by Scott at Shogren Performance Marine. :D Special thanks to Dave Patnaude and Maria Haas at Essex Credit for helping me put the deal together in only a few days. Also thanks to the previous owner, Todd Pinkerman, who is an absolute gentleman and professional !! A great guy whom I hope to meet someday. As you may know, KAGEMAN is a 1990 full pleasure 41 that Todd meticulously restored over several years..it has fresh 800SC's with intercoolers, Huber transmissions and #6 drives.Top speed around 80 - 82. The 41 represents to me, IMHO, the ultimate rough water boat and one that I've wanted for many years....I think this will hold me for a little while at least !! I'm unable to post any pics at the moment so if anyone wants to, I'll send them an email file for posting.....thanks ! :D |

I'm going for my last fling this WE also. It's different than the summer you need cognac instead of beer when you stop! Every year I look for cans of Remy Martin with no luck. |
Re: KAGEMAN has a new home !!!!!

Re: KAGEMAN has a new home !!!!!
Wes, did the previous owner tell you how many hours he was getting between rebuilds? We're building a set of 800's for the 36' so just curious.

Frank - No he didn't..the motors have very low hours on them since first rebuilt so there's not enough history there yet. I have friends who have seen 100-150 hours out of motors like this and others who have seen less than 60. I guess a lot depends on maintenance and style of running. I usually change oil / filters every 10 - 15 hours as I'm sure you do , hopefully maxing out the engine life. Post some pics of those bad boys when they're done !! - - Wes |
Re: KAGEMAN has a new home !!!!!
Boy I thought I had issues, good luck with the 41,I am now the proud owner of 3 boats,34 express,36 baja,29 kryptonite. And all for sale! Somethings got to go I need more property.

Re: KAGEMAN has a new home !!!!!
Hey Wes , Were are you going to keep the boat? . I know of a hydro hoist that would hold that boat , and if you act early you could probably get a spot in the marina I keep my boat. Tom :D
